Yes. For stays up to 28 days, we charge a deposit of €250. For stays longer than 28 days, the deposit is €500.
All our apartments are fully furnished, including a complete kitchen set, bathroom supplies, washing machine (and in some, a dryer), ironing board, iron and furniture. Cleaning supplies are not provided.
The prices are per room.
We do not provide breakfast.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
We can place a camping bed.
Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance.

Yes, with a one-month cancellation policy.
You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after booking. Later, we will send you the booking terms and conditions.

Yes, but it’s better to discuss this with us in advance.
Unfortunately not (yet). However, our building is reasonably accessible for e.g. a wheelchair. You are always welcome to come and see for yourself.
The tourist tax is €1.45 per person per day.
Yes, you can.
Yes, we have studios starting from 34m².
Our largest apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people (plus a baby or young child).
If the date is unavailable, the room is likely fully booked. You can contact us to check for other possibilities.
No, this is not necessary.
You can only book for a minimum of one week on the website, but you can contact us to manually extend your booking.
